Kale - Lacinato (Dinosaur)
Get ready to roar with joy over Kale - Lacinato, sometimes known as dinosaur kale, probably because of the texture of its leaves. This fantastic compact kale is a must-grow for any garden, boasting thicker but skinnier leaves compared to the red Russian variety. Equally as easy to grow and exceptionally bountiful, you'll be delighting in fresh, leafy greens in no time. At American Victory Gardens, we found that just four plants are more than enough for two people, we couldn't eat enough! Add a little Jurassic flair to your garden with this nutrient-packed, tasty kale!
